Paid Up At Age 85
The Life Paid Up at Age 85 plan offers the insured full coverage from the time of issue throughout life. Premiums are payable until the insured reaches age eighty-five. Minimum face amount is $5,000.

Guidelines

The Life Paid Up at Age 85 premium can be paid on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis.

The Polish National Union of America will issue the certificate from the age of zero through seventy-five. There is no maximum face amount. When applying for the Life Paid Up at Age 85 plan, a medical examination may be required.
